Hammond Report January 18 2022 From Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from Jon Hammond the organ player & accordionist, today's music story is about playing a showcase in Frankfurt, Germany at the Musikmesse trade show with my band the morning after we played at night. When I kicked off the music right on time, we were missing 2 musicians: Giovanni Totò Gulino & Peter Klohmann, so we started with Joe Berger, Lee Oskar and yours truly Jon Hammond at the organ, here we're playing my tune "Lydia's Tune", the cats found the bandstand and we had a lot of fun! With some beautiful fotos from the late great photographer my good friend Andreas Meer. I did 33 consecutive years at the musikmesse before the pandemic came. Hopefully we will be back again - have a beautiful Tuesday evening, come back tomorrow for another Hammond Report folks,
