Hammond Report December 3 2020 from Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about swinging the house in the Jazz Spot Swing club in Taipei Taiwan! I was on a mission to check up on my friend Kevin, tenor saxophonist who played on my band for a long time in Germany to make sure he was still kicking. While there I visited my friends Alex from Pmauriat Albestand Super Nico from Superlux and thanks to my friend Mr. Shigeyuki Ohtaka, we found the Sk2 Hammond organ in Mr. Nobuki Kuwahara's club - that Kenichi Toyoda at the piano and Mr. Kishimoto flugel horn, beautiful musicians! I managed to contact Kevin on the phone while there, he's still kicking! Sometimes sighted at Brown Sugar Taipei playing - stay safe out there folks, keep masking up in the pandemic! I'll be back tomorrow with another Hammond Report,
