Hammond Report November 23 2020 from Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story is about sitting down yesterday at my Hammond A-100 console organ, I went through the start-up sequence and son-of-a-gun it didn't fire up! Yes, it was time for the annual oiling of the Hammond with the special 'Hammond Oil'! I got down on my hands and knees and did the deed (thanks Arthur D. Kemp PhD / aka Dr. Kemp) for excellent organ servicing tutorials! Back in business, playing a jazz standard here and talkin' to ya' folks!
