Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about election day and my tune "Get Back in The Groove" we're playing here in Nashville, Tennessee on the Acoustic Nation stage in Nashville Music City Center Summer NAMM Show in the high-ceiling lobby with no mics on the horns, acoustic glory! Roland Barber trombone, Cord Martin is the tenor saxophonist, in the rhythm section Louis "Flip" Winfield on the box, Joe Berger guitar and yours truly Jon Hammond at the Hammond Sk1 organ and microphone - story about current events and my first time visit to Nashville by the Greyhound Bus with a 2 week Ameripass, checked in to Shoney's Inn and hit the coffee shop and met all the great songwriters of Nashville - more to the story folks, but here's to hoping for a peaceful transfer of power! Keep masking up in public, I'll be back tomorrow with another Hammond Report and every day until pandemic clears,
