Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from the organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about playing with my band in the Ellington Room, I busted out my 1959 Hammond B3 organ + Leslie Speaker built for me by Bill Beer Keyboard Products, my tune "Lydia's Tune" I wrote in Paris on my first trip to Europe after flying over there in 1981 aboard Air France Concorde supersonic flight, 3 hrs & 26 minutes. 2nd day I wrote this tune and eventually recorded it on my first album "Late Rent" - on the band,
