Hammond Report August 5 2020 From Pandemic Quarantino Jon Hammond - Daily Music and Stories from organist & accordionist Jon Hammond, today's story about some slim times living over in Frankfurt, Germany in the Nordend, on the Rothschildallee there was a Wienerwald and I used to hit it after a good gig - on the band here Giovanni Totò Gulino drums Tony Lakatos tenor, Joe Berger guitar - I know Tony a long time, so he remembered when I was skinny starving musician and when I put on some weight he looked to my stomach and said "Looking good Hammond" - for musician is good when eating! Then we met in Las Vegas, cruising around in his cabriolet - to the Luxor Hotel to visit the Hungarian musicians - Zoli with the big arms, I asked Tony, does he work out?
